What we found, what we did, and how it turned out.
The original layout separated the kitchen from the living room with a load-bearing wall, making the main floor feel cramped and dated. The homeowners wanted an open-concept space for entertaining.
We engineered and installed a structural beam to remove the wall, then rebuilt the space with new custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, wide-plank engineered hardwood, and updated recessed lighting throughout.
